Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to do before I attend?

In order to create a spacious environment, we will have limited seating with adequate spacing in our Auditorium. Please RSVP in order to let us know how many will be joining you from your household so we can best prepare for you.

What happens once I arrive?

When you enter the building our team will guide you to your seat in the Auditorium. All seats will be sanitized before and in between services. There will be plenty of space for you and your family, providing a safe environment for everyone.

What will kids church look like at a campus?

We have two options for parents and kids.
1.  Our XKid’s rooms will be open in the same way our Auditorium is – safe, secure, spacious and sanitized, and of course they are always spectacular.
2. You are welcome to keep your children with you in the auditorium during service for now if you prefer.

You can reserve your spots, and spots for your kids above. This will help us serve you in the best way possible.

What precautions is Xperience Church taking?

We are strongly discouraging anyone who has been sick or exposed to sick people or experiencing symptoms of sickness from attending a physical gathering until it’s safe for them to do so.

The entire church will be professionally cleaned and disinfected each week. During our services, we will have attendants cleaning all restrooms and high-traffic areas after each use. Masks will be optional, and we will provide them for you if you would like one.

Our auditorium will be filled at a reduced capacity. Every other row has been removed to keep people seated ~6 feet apart, and there will be 2 empty chairs left between family units to maintain safe distancing. We’ll dismiss the service by sections and out different exits to avoid a mass-congregating of people at any one exit.

Our services will be entirely “contact-free.” You can potentially come in and leave without touching a single person or object!

Our volunteers in high-traffic areas will wear masks, and masks will be available for those who desire to wear them.

We are strongly encouraging vulnerable people and those with underlying health conditions to continue joining us for church online only at this time.

If you’re not ready to gather together in person, or if you are high risk, we have our services live online, and our XKid’s live services will be up on our XKid’s ministry YouTube page. Click HERE to visit our Church Online page.
